Our Story

Fifteen years ago, I walked into what was then the new restaurant in town, looking for a job. Little did I know that moment would change my life forever. I quickly realized I had found more than just a workplace—I had found a second home. The incredible people I worked with became like family, and the customers who walked through our doors became lifelong friends.

I grew up in this restaurant, celebrating milestones and creating cherished memories within its walls. Over the years, I dreamed of one day owning the place that had given me so much. My husband, Bryce, shared that vision and never let me lose sight of my dream. His unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me made this journey possible. We are truly a team, and together, we are committed to preserving what makes Bottoms Up so special while continuing to build upon its legacy.

Today, we are beyond grateful to share that dream with you as the proud new owners of Bottoms Up Restaurant and Pub in Slate Hill, NY. The outpouring of love and support from our family, friends, and community has been truly humbling. Our boys, Bryce and Greyson, have already fallen in love with the restaurant just as we have, making this journey even more special. We are fortunate to have our incredible staff continuing with us, ensuring that the warmth, hospitality, and dedication to quality that have always defined Bottoms Up remain at the heart of everything we do.
